Blueberry Banana Muffins

4 ½ C flour }

2 T baking powder} blend all together

1 ¼ C sugar }

1 t. salt

2 eggs, beaten }

2 C milk }

½ C butter, melted } beat eggs, add remaining ingredients, adding

1 t. vanilla } bananas last. Do not overmix.

½ C sour cream }

3 ripe bananas, mashed }

1 ½ C blueberries, mix batter just enough to blend berries in

(may substitute toasted walnuts or chocolate chips—or both!)

Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Yield 18 – 24 muffins.

Bake 400 18 – 20 min.

Optional glaze:

Boil together:

½ C sugar

½ C water

2 t grated orange rind
